Policies

We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments, unless the appointment is prepaid. Your card will not be charged, unless you are a no-show. Payment can be made at the end of your service. 

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. This allows us to book clients that are on the waiting list. Just Relax Today reserves the right to charge the full treatment cost for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. This includes appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. All no-shows and late cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations and no-shows affect us and other clients greatly and cannot be accepted. 

By giving us your credit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card in the event you do not give at least 25 hours notice before cancelling a confirmed appointment or you do not show up for your confirmed appointment.

Clients who have previously no-showed for appointments and their credit card declined will be required to pay the full no-show fee before they can schedule another appointment. In addition, they will also need to prepay for their next appointment.

As a courtesy to all of our clients, appointment times are prompt, and it is our goal to remain on time. Arriving late will result in a shortened appointment time and clients will be responsible for full service fees. Please call us if you know you will be running late. 

If you are a NEW client, you must complete and submit the intake form before your first session. The intake form can be done upon your arrival to the office or in advance. If you need to complete the intake form in the office it is recommended that you arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive at your scheduled appointment time without having completed the form, please be aware you will need to fill it out before your session and the time it takes you to complete it will be included in your service time, resulting in a shortened appointment.

Appointment confirmation texts are sent three days before your scheduled appointment.

For the consideration of our other clients and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, cell phones must be set to silent and all calls must be taken outside.
